Welcome Pam Kahl. Thank you, Jane.

We are delighted to welcome Pamela Kahl to the Grounds for Health team in the new position of Vice President for Communications and Development. Pam comes to us with more than 15 years’ experience in branding, communications and cause marketing across multiple sectors, including the specialty coffee industry. Read her bio HERE.

In her new role, Pam will lead efforts to reposition Ground for Health, both within the coffee industry and beyond, and to mobilize creative partnerships in support of our work. Pam can be reached via email at pam@groundsforhealth.org or phone at 503.706.0259.

After transitioning her responsibilities to Pam, current Development Director Jane Dale will be leaving Grounds for Health at the end of March. Jane has led our fundraising efforts tirelessly for five years—a time of considerable change in the coffee industry—during which she has succeeded in engaging hundreds of coffee companies and doubling our income.

Jane has been appointed by the Governor of Vermont to serve as the public member on a statewide Board on Allied Mental Health. She plans to pursue this interest as well as others in the healthcare and communications sectors. Jane leaves Grounds for Health with appreciation for the support and engagement of the staff, the board of directors, and the many generous donors who make our work possible.
